Critical Commentary

An industrial metal recycling facility is strategically located along one of Houston's many bayous (rivers) that flow to the Gulf. Once processed, trains and bardges can carry the product to other markets. Parks like this were created to demonstrate environmental consciousness on behalf of the industries in the area, a form of "green washing".
